The casing of the blowout preventer, the pressure parts of the side doors, the connecting bolts, etc. are all forged from alloy steel, and all the metal parts are surface treated with nickel-phosphorus electroless plating, which has excellent anti-corrosion performance.

The gate chamber on the shell adopts an elliptical structure, which improves the force distribution of the shell and improves the safety performance of the shell. There are two grit chambers in the gate chamber. During the closing of the gate to the wellhead, mud and sand can be removed. Pushed to the wellhead, the side door is flat type, which is convenient for replacing the ram assembly. The shutter is always separated into a top seal and a front seal for easy replacement. The seal between the gate shaft and the side door is in the form of a YX-ring and O-ring combination seal, which is reliable and easy to replace. The locking shaft is positioned and supported by thrust bearings for easy operation. The shape of the blowout preventer is a three-wing "D" shape, which combines a half seal and a full seal. The structure is shown in the attached drawings.
